Massage

Holistic Massage to relax and rebalance, beneficial if you suffer from stress or just need to restore your equilibrium.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage with light skin stretches to deeply relax and promote the immune system and the circulation.
Pregnancy Massage if you are more than 12 weeks pregnant, a pregnancy massage can be a wonderful treatment to nurture your changing body. You can also opt for the Moonhealing Pregnancy Support Package, including 5 treatments of 60 minutes (€365), including Pregnancy Massage, Energy Healing, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation, Affirmations and Postpartum Massage.
Indian Head Massage focusing on the upper back, head neck and shoulders. Great for people with headaches, insomnia and neck issues.
Hot Lava Shells Massage a soothing and warming treatment with the use of polished shells, ideal for the cold months!

Healing

Reiki Healing gentle hands-on-healing focussing on the chakras, great to balance your mind, body and spirit.
Reiki-Massage-combinations are also possible. Choose from a combination of Reiki with a back/neck/shoulder-massage,Indian Head Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Thai foot reflex massage or Hot Lava Shells massage.
Reiki distance healing is also possible: 30 minutes in the comfort of your own home + 10 minutes feedback for €50.
Reiki Level 1 Course €250. Learn how to do Reiki yourself. One full day including the history, hand positions and attunement. Small groups with max. 4 students. Next Reiki Level 1-Course: Friday the 28th of February in Amsterdam East - spots are available!

Life Coaching

practical and down to earth support in reaching your goals, using e.g. bodywork, energy healing & reading, EFT & NLP techniques, visualisation, basic hypnosis and yoga nidra. An individual session lasts 90 minutes or 120 minutes, or a tailor-made coaching package can be agreed.

Therapist background

Monique van Geest (1978) is an experienced Healer, Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Life Coach, and Energy Reader, with a great interest in holistic health and personal development. In her treatments she focuses on the mind-body-spirit connection. She enjoys assisting people in their self-healing and strengthening their connection to their true self.

After obtaining a Journalism degree in Utrecht, Monique moved from the Netherlands to London in 2000. After several years of work in an office environment, she made a career switch to make her passion for holistic therapies into her main profession.

Monique obtained her diploma in Holistic Massage from City & Islington College in London in 2006, became a Reiki Master in 2008 and is also a certified Spiritual Life Coach (Holistic Healing College, London, 2008). In 2017 she qualified as an Energy Reader at Resonance, Amsterdam and in 2023 she has completed the Gentle Touch Massage training at KIOM in Eindhoven.

When she lived in London, Monique enjoyed her own holistic practice and also worked at the Sanctuary Spa, The Berkely Hotel and The Dorchester.

Monique moved back to the Netherlands in the fall of 2014 to get back to her roots. She now lives in Amsterdam. After living in London for such a long time, she appreciates the diversity of Amsterdam and enjoys having the opportunity to still communicate in English on a regular basis.
